Feeling like everyone needs something from you — but no one is asking how you're doing?

Parenting is rewarding, but it can also be exhausting. Many parents spend so much time caring for children, managing schedules, solving problems, and meeting everyone else's needs that they forget to care for themselves.

The Parent Reset Circle® is a monthly psychoeducational group designed to give parents and caregivers permission to pause.
For two hours, you'll step away from the constant demands of caregiving to reconnect with yourself, learn practical strategies for managing stress, and connect with other parents who understand what it feels like to carry so much.

The group is held after regular playground hours, so children can play nearby while playground staff supervise the area — allowing you to participate while remaining on-site and available if needed.

Is the Parent Reset Circle Right for You?

This group may be a good fit if you:
✓   Feel emotionally or mentally exhausted

   ✓
Rarely make time for yourself without feeling guilty

✓   Feel like you're always taking care of everyone else

✓   Want practical strategies—not just encouragement

✓   Miss having meaningful conversations with other                 adults

✓   Want to leave feeling calmer and more grounded
This is a welcoming space for parents, caregivers, grandparents, foster parents, and guardians who are looking for practical support and connection.
A Space Just for You
"Many parents spend so much time helping everyone else survive that they lose sight of their own well-being."
The Parent Reset Circle offers a place to pause, reconnect with yourself, and return to your family feeling more grounded, more supported, and better equipped for the season you're in.

Why I Created the Parent Reset Circle

As a therapist, I often meet parents who spend every day caring for someone else.

They're managing work, home, school, appointments, activities, relationships, and endless responsibilities.

Many tell me they know self-care is important — but they don't know where it fits into real life.

The Parent Reset Circle was created because support shouldn't only happen during a crisis. Sometimes what parents need most is permission to slow down, reflect, learn, and remember that their well-being matters too.

What We'll Explore

Each month's circle includes guided discussion, practical education, and opportunities for reflection. Topics may include:
  • Managing stress and overwhelm

  • Letting go of guilt

  • Setting healthy boundaries

  • Understanding emotional overload

  • Practical self-care that fits real life

  • Communicating your needs

  • Building resilience

  • Creating small, sustainable changes

Each session stands alone, so you can attend one or come regularly throughout the year.

What Makes This Different?

The Parent Reset Circle is more than a support group. The goal isn't simply to vent — it's to leave each session feeling more supported, more informed, and more equipped for the weeks ahead.
Psychoeducation
To help you better understand stress, boundaries, and emotional well-being.
Connection
With other parents navigating similar challenges.
Reflection
Through guided conversations and activities.
Practical Tools
You can begin using immediately at home.
Children Are Welcome
One of the biggest barriers to parents taking time for themselves is finding someone to watch the kids.

The Parent Reset Circle is held after regular playground hours, allowing children to play nearby while parents participate in the group.

Playground staff supervise the play area, but parents remain on-site, within sight of their children, and are ultimately responsible for their child's care if they need assistance.

This arrangement allows parents dedicated time for reflection while remaining close and available if needed.

Many parents spend so much time helping everyone else through life's challenges that they lose sight of their own well-being. You deserve support, too.
