Scope & Specialties

Eligibility Snapshot:

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing private-pay telehealth therapy. Services are available to:

  • Adults

  • Adolescents age 10+

Clients must be physically located in Florida, and telehealth may be offered to clients in South Carolina when legally permitted.

Outpatient only — no crisis stabilization, inpatient, or medication-only treatment.

Who I Treat

Adults

  • Adults managing anxiety, panic, or anger reactivity

  • Adults navigating life transitions

  • Adults affected by substance use (their own or a loved one’s)

  • Adults experiencing caregiver burnout or stress from complex systems

Adolescents (10+)

  • Adolescents managing anxiety, anger, or emotional regulation challenges

  • Adolescents navigating major life transitions

  • Adolescents impacted by a parent’s substance use, often in support of family recovery

Family Work

  • I may see adolescents together with parents if the parent with substance use is actively in recovery, to help the family navigate the impact of addiction

  • This is focused on recovery and support, not systemic family therapy, custody, or child welfare cases

Who I Do Not Treat

  • Children under 10

  • Court-involved or custody-related cases

  • DCF or child protective services cases

  • Court-ordered anger management

  • OCD treatment

  • Inpatient or crisis stabilization

  • Medication management

  • Active domestic violence crises

Specialty Pathways

I have five primary areas of focus — each with its own detailed Findable™ page:

  1. Adult family members of people with substance use disorders
  2. Individuals navigating substance use and recovery
  3. Caregivers navigating complex service systems
  4. Anxiety & anger rooted in survival patterns
  5. Overwhelming life transitions
